Sol Babe Foods was born from challenge, healing, and love. After years in food service, fitness, and holistic health, I turned to the kitchen as both refuge and passion. Inspired by my daughter, I started creating clean, nourishing snacks made with real ingredients, first a better granola, then the original Sol Bites.
For me, Sol Babe represents sun, soil, and soul, vibrant, grounded, and nourished.

What makes Sol Babe Foods different?
We use simple, clean ingredients you can actually recognize. No refined sugars, no seed oils, and no fillers. Just real food that nourishes your body and feeds your soul.
Are your products organic?
Yes, we source organic ingredients whenever possible, everything from sprouted oats and nuts to cacao, coconut, turmeric, and superfoods like maca and lucuma.
Do your products contain refined sugar?
No. We sweeten with natural, low-glycemic options like coconut sugar, maple syrup, dates, or honey (depending on the recipe).
Are Sol Babe products gluten-free?
Absolutely. All of our granolas, bites, and mixes are made with certified gluten-free ingredients so they can be enjoyed safely by anyone avoiding gluten.
What kind of protein do you use?
We use whole-food protein sources like sprouted pumpkin seeds, hemp, bone broth protein, and occasionally nut butters. These not only boost protein but also give our bites a smooth, satisfying texture.
What are Sol Bites?
Sol Bites are our take on bliss balls aka energy bites, a clean, protein-rich snack made with blends of nut/seed butters, coconut, cacao, tallow (in some blends), and superfood powders. They’re designed to be nourishing, filling, and delicious.
What’s in your granola?
We offer two signature blends:
- Sprouted Oat Granola: Sprouted oats and pumpkin seeds, pecan and cashews, lightly sweetened with maple syrup, nutrient-dense, and vegan.
- Coconut Chip Granola: Crisp, tropical, and naturally satisfying with just a touch of honey, almonds, walnuts and 3 types of seeds (white sesame, black sesame, hemp, and sunflower).
Both are baked without refined oils or sugars. We consciously source all our products to find the most nutrient-dense, clean ingredients whenever possible.
What’s in your Trail Mix?
Our Sol Babe Trail Mix is a powerhouse mix of five nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts, pecans, pistachios), sprouted pumpkin seeds, dried superberries (blueberries, goji, mulberries), and chunks of 85–100% dark chocolate or carob.
Are your products vegan?
Many are! Our granolas, trail mix, and several energy bites are vegan. Some specialty bites (like those made with grass-fed tallow or bone broth protein) are not, but they’re always clearly labeled.
Do you use seed oils?
Never. We use natural fats like coconut oil, cacao butter, avocado oil. Or grass-fed tallow for a clean, nourishing base.

Currently, you can find us at local markets and here on our website. We’re working on expanding to online shipping so you can enjoy Sol Babe snacks anywhere.

- Granola: Store in a cool, dry place; it stays fresh for weeks.
- Trail Mix: Keep sealed in a jar or pouch to stay crunchy.
Sol Bites: Best stored in the fridge for long-lasting freshness, but they travel well at room temperature for a few days.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale?
Yes! We love partnering with retailers, coffee shops, gyms, and wellness stores. Reach out to us directly for wholesale pricing and bulk orders.
What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
